At Blackberrys, we want to ensure your sharp look is always a perfect fit; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original brand tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the product in its original box or bag, ensuring all price tags, accessories, and the invoice are included inside.

• 3.
  Pickup Arrangement

  Our courier partner will visit your address within 48 to 72 hours to perform a quick quality check and pick up the parcel.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
